Per April 1st Texo Trade Services BV acquires the activities of Texopaper BV.

 

Both companies share for several years already each others logistic and administrative facilities and for reason of efficiency it has been decided to bring both companies together under the management of TTS. The logo and the name Texopaper will be used as trade name by TTS.

 

The integration of the sales activities of Texopaper into the TTS organisation guarantees the continuity of the deliveries of special papers for the plotters and cutters in the garment and furniture industry in Benelux and Europe.

 

This acquisition is in line with the rapid growth of TTS in the past years under the management of Floris Jan van den Heuvel. TTS is specialised in the supply of special coated papers and textiles for digital transfer printing and papers for the silkscreen industry and finds its growing markets in Benelux and export countries such as France and Germany. Recently the agency for Benelux for the Monti Antonio heat presses and transfer calendars was acquired in the delivery program of TTS.
